After you have been notified of room availability, we ask you to send a $45 Deposit (non-refundable) by check or money order, payable to GodQuest.

You will receive a confirmation letter and receipt of your payment in a financial statement.
Your deposit tells us that you agree to pay the balance on or before the due date.
We try to aid retreatants in every way possible so that this payment is not late.
One month before the due date, a friendly postcard reminder is sent.
About two weeks before the due date, you will receive a phone call reminder from the co-leader.
A month before the retreat, a preparatory letter will be sent which includes such details as directions, schedule, “things-to-bring”, & guidelines for the Reflection paper.
The week of the retreat, you will receive a courtesy call from the co-leader asking if you have any questions. We want you to feel welcomed and comfortable in coming.
From the time you register until 2 weeks after the retreat, our prayer partners will be praying for you.

GodQuest Financial Policy
Deposit (non-refundable) – It indicates your pledge to pay the full amount before the due date. It holds your room until that time. In the event you are unable to attend, the deposit may be transferred to another person, but only for that specific retreat.
Balance – Payment of the balance is expected on or before the due date. If the balance is not received by the due date it may result in the loss of your room.
Cancellation – Refunds will be made (except for the deposit) prior to the due date. If your cancellation is after the due date, you will be expected to pay the balance of your bill.
